隐私政策

本隐私政策说明比摄如何使用设备权限，以及数据如何在你的设备上处理。除非下文明确说明，比摄不会收集、存储、传输、出售或与第三方共享你的个人数据。

我们不会收集什么

不要求注册账号，不收集姓名、手机号或电子邮件地址。
不使用广告 SDK、第三方分析 SDK、用户画像或跨 App 追踪。
不将你的参考图、成片或实况照片上传到我们的服务器。
不访问你未主动选择或未授权的照片。

设备权限如何使用

相机

用于显示实时取景画面并完成拍摄。相机画面在设备上处理。

照片

用于让你选择一张参考图，并在你点击保存后把静态照片或实况照片写入系统照片图库。若你选择“有限访问”，比摄只会访问你授权的内容。

麦克风

仅在你开启实况拍摄时，用于录制实况照片中的声音。关闭实况后，普通拍照不需要录音。

保存在设备上的数据

为了让你下次打开 App 时继续使用，比摄会在 App 的本地沙盒中保存：

当前参考图的本地处理副本；
拍摄偏好，例如照片比例、参考图显示方式、三分线和实况开关；
成功拍摄次数与是否曾请求 App Store 评分，用于在合适时机调用 Apple 提供的系统评分弹窗。

实况拍摄所需的临时文件会在保存、重拍或离开回看后清理。卸载比摄会删除 App 沙盒内保存的数据；已保存到系统照片图库的照片仍由你通过“照片”App 管理。

第三方服务与网络

比摄目前不包含第三方广告、分析或云存储服务。系统权限、照片图库与评分弹窗由 Apple 提供，并受 Apple 自己的条款与隐私政策约束。

本政策页面由 GitHub Pages 托管。访问本页面时，GitHub 可能出于安全目的记录访客的 IP 地址；这与比摄 App 本身的数据处理无关。

儿童隐私

比摄不会有意收集任何儿童或其他用户的个人信息，因为 App 本身不收集个人数据。

政策更新

如果比摄未来新增会改变数据处理方式的功能，我们会更新本页面的生效日期，并在适当情况下于 App 内提示。继续使用前，你可以随时查看最新版本。

BiShe requires no account, contains no advertising or analytics services, and does not upload your photos to our servers. Referencing, previewing, and capturing happen on your device.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 12, 2026

This policy explains how BiShe uses device permissions and processes data. Except as stated below, BiShe does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share your personal data.

Information we do not collect

No account, name, phone number, or email address is required.
No advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, profiling, or cross-app tracking is used.
Reference images, captured photos, and Live Photos are not uploaded to our servers.
BiShe does not access photos you have not selected or authorized.

Device permissions

Camera

Used to provide the live camera preview and capture photos. Camera content is processed on device.

Photos

Used to select a reference image and, only when you choose to save, add a still photo or Live Photo to your system photo library. Limited Photos access is respected.

Microphone

Used only when Live Photo capture is enabled, to record audio paired with the Live Photo. Regular still photography does not require audio recording.

Data stored on your device

BiShe stores a processed copy of the current reference image, camera preferences, and the local capture count used to decide when to request an Apple system rating prompt. Live Photo working files are temporary and are removed after saving, retaking, or leaving review. Uninstalling BiShe removes its sandboxed data; photos already saved to your system library remain under your control in Photos.

Third parties and network use

BiShe currently includes no third-party advertising, analytics, or cloud-storage service. Device permissions, the photo library, and rating prompts are provided by Apple and are governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.

This policy is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log visitor IP addresses for security purposes when this webpage is accessed; this is separate from the BiShe app.

Children, changes, and contact

BiShe does not knowingly collect children's or any other users' personal information because the app does not collect personal data. If future features change our data practices, we will update this page and its effective date.
